Choranche Caves and Grands Goulets
In the heart of the Vercors, the Choranche Caves hide a remarkable underground lake bristling with stalactites as thin as pieces of macaroni. Monteynard Lake and Himalayan footbridges
South of Grenoble, Monteynard Lake, a long turquoise reservoir, is crossed by two Himalayan footbridges, long and swaying over the water. You can also tour it by boat. The shores at Treffort and Mayres-Savel invite you to picnic. An outing that feels like a getaway less than an hour from the city.
From the Vercors to Les Deux Alpes
